The Theatre at Grand Prairie box office will open one hour prior to show time. The box office may be open additional hours for special events or sales. Please call (972) 854-5076 for specific details. Tickets may be purchased with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and cash.

SUITES & VIP

Each of our Premium Seating options offers an array of benefits and advantages, which are continually evaluated and fine-tuned according to the desires of our members. Choose the Premium Seating option that best meets your needs:

Club Membership
Our Club Membership is our basic premium seat program. This program offers you the opportunity to purchase tickets prior to the general public in reserved seating areas for every public The Theatre at Grand Prairie event. The Club Membership includes the following amenities:

Annual premium seat membership runs a full twelve-months from the date you sign your contract
Ability to purchase up to four (4) tickets on a single membership
Reserved seating within the first five rows of Sections 203-205
Option to purchase tickets prior to the public on-sale, and never "sold out" of a show
Access to the members-only Club Lounge located on the Suite Level and overlooking the stage
VIP parking and private building entrance
Personal one-on-one service from a Premium Seat representative
Opportunity to purchase premium tickets to other AEG Live concerts throughout the country

Platinum Seat License
Our Platinum Seat program offers you the opportunity to sit in the best seats in the theatre. With the Platinum Seat License you are guaranteed the same great seats, within the first 17 rows, for every show. The membership also includes the following amenities:

Annual premium seat membership - running a full twelve-months from the date you sign your contract
Personally select and reserve a specific seat in Sections 102-104 for EVERY public event
Option to purchase tickets prior to the public on-sale, and never "sold out" of a show
Access to the members-only Club Lounge located on the Suite Level
VIP parking and private building entrance
Personal one-on-one service from a Premium Seat representative
Opportunity to purchase premium tickets to other AEG Live concerts throughout the country

Luxury Suites
There is no better way to see your favorite band perform than in the privacy of one of our freshly redesigned Luxury Suites. The suite level was redesigned in the fall of 2009 in conjunction with D Home Magazine and eight local interior design experts. The designers were given free reign over their rooms, and each designer expressed their personal style– giving each suite a truly unique point of view.

Our suites are now like no other! And, each one allows its owners the opportunity to entertain key clients, employees, family and friends in the privacy of a intimate living area.

Our luxury suites are available on both an annual and nightly basis– each including:

sixteen (16) event tickets
eight (8) Suite/Club parking passes
a private building entrance
event concierge service
access to the exclusive Club Lounge
in-suite catering options provided by Wolfgang Puck Catering
and a uniquely desiged suite interior that includes a sink, ice maker, refrigerator, independent speaker control and lockable storage cabinets

Nightly Suite Rentals
Available for most events, our party suites are a great way to make an event at Verizon Theatre one to remember. Nightly suite rentals are great for business or social gatherings, birthday parties, or any other special event. Our nightly rentals include:

Sixteen (16) suite tickets
Eight (8) Vip parking passes
A $500 catering allowance with Wolfgang Puck Catering & Events

We also have one party suite available that will accommodate up to 74 guests with tickets and parking.
